UI Developer

We are seeking a talented UI Developer to create responsive, visually appealing, and accessible web interfaces. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive design, and modern frontend frameworks. This role requires translating UI/UX designs into functional, user-friendly web pages while ensuring consistency, performance, and cross-device compatibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Convert Figma/design mockups and prototypes into pixel-accurate, functional web pages.
- Build reusable UI components and frontend templates to support scalable development.
- Ensure alignment between UI designs and the implemented application for visual consistency.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and frontend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Guarantee cross-browser and cross-device compatibility to maintain broad accessibility.
- Optimize UI components for performance, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Maintain consistent styling, including typography, spacing, colors, and UI behaviors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related defects promptly.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold frontend coding standards.
- Support the creation and maintenance of design systems and reusable component libraries.

Required Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Excellent understanding of responsive web design principles and techniques.
- Proven ability to convert Figma/UI designs into pixel-perfect web interfaces.
- Proficiency with CSS techniques such as Flexbox, CSS Grid, media queries, and responsive layouts.
- Experience working with at least one modern frontend framework like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with UI/CSS frameworks including Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
- Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems.
- Good knowledge of UI/UX principles and strong attention to visual detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills

- Experience with TypeScript and React/Next.js frameworks.
- Familiarity with SCSS/SASS or LESS preprocessors.
- Knowledge of component libraries such as Material UI and tools like Storybook.
- Experience developing and maintaining design systems.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards, particularly WCAG guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of REST API integration.
- Skills in frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with frontend testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
