UI / UX Designer

FYNO Technologies is seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team onsite at DHA Phase 1, Islamabad. This full-time role requires 1 to 2 years of experience in designing clean, modern, and user-friendly mobile app interfaces. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with developers and product teams to create intuitive user experiences, design mobile app screens, and build comprehensive design systems. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Design clean, modern, and user-friendly mobile app interfaces that enhance user engagement.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Develop responsive and mobile-first layouts ensuring seamless experiences across devices.
- Build and maintain reusable design components and comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate closely with developers to guarantee accurate implementation of designs.
- Enhance existing app screens by applying usability and user experience improvements.
- Design onboarding screens, paywalls, popups, app flows, and feature screens that align with product goals.
- Prepare detailed design assets and specifications for development teams.
- Maintain visual consistency across all products and platforms.
- Participate actively in design reviews, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably focused on mobile applications.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and other similar design tools.
- Solid understanding of mobile app UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design methodologies.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Strong grasp of typography, spacing, layouts, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Keen attention to detail and strong creative problem-solving abilities.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing mobile app or digital product designs is required.
