We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with 4 to 6 years of expertise to join our team at IT Tower Gulberg 3, Lahore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for both web and mobile applications. This position involves close collaboration with developers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience. The role is full-time and onsite, with working hours from 11 am to 8 pm, Monday through Friday. We offer a competitive salary of up to Rs200,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance the overall user experience.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
- Develop and maintain style guides and design systems to ensure design consistency.
- Optimize designs based on user feedback and behavior analytics.
- Keep up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and industry best practices to continuously improve design quality.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not mandatory.
- Full-time onsite work at a modern IT facility located in Gulberg 3, Lahore.
- Work schedule from 11 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday, supporting a balanced workweek.
