Uinta Solar is a high-end, solar energy systems provider.  We are based in the US and expanding into Pakistan.  We generate a large number of productive leads, digital and traditional for all sales people. 

As we expand to Islamabad we are looking for a few outstanding sales people to join our highly motivated and compensated team.  This is high paying, commision only position. With Uinta, as an experienced sales team closer, you can expect to make industry leading compensation:

  • Commission of at least 30,000-60,000 PKR per sale
  • You will qualify for potential bonuses and profit sharing

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a growing, international company. Job Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent/expert in English and Urdu
  • Winning personality and hungry for success
  • Strong, proven, selling/closing skills—a proven track record as a closer
  • Self-motivation and an impeccable work ethic
  • Highly organized and disciplined to deliver excellent customer service
  • Team player in our sales and overall Uinta team
  • An eagerness to learn and train others
  • A bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent (preferably electrical engineering)
  • Sales experience in the solar, automobile, and/or real estate industries preferred

Job Responsibilities

  • Each month you will be assigned about 20-40 inbound leads to convert into sales
  • You will be expected to have a minimum sale close rate of 20%
  • You will create a professional relationship with potential clients
  • You will guide the client from solar analysis to closing the sale
    1. You will gather power usage and other required information from the client
    2. Our engineers will create a custom design/system proposal for the client
    3. You will meet with the client to go over the design and system proposal
    4. You will be responsible for closing the sale, client signing the purchase agreement
  • Work with management to define best sales practices and how to better serve the client
  • Train and mentor junior level sales team members
