The position is primarily responsible for all inbound/outbound sale calls for our home/business solar energy solutions in Pakistan.  You will be calling or taking inbound calls from leads. You will be part of the sales team, the first step in converting leads to sales.  As part of our sales organization you will earn commission on top of the posted base salary.  The right candidate must be open to learning and growing into a leadership role in the near future.    

Qualifications 

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English and Urdu fluently
  • 1+ years of telemarketing/sales experience
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, resilient, and persistent
  • Shows genuine interest in clients
  • Listener more than a talker
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented with strong follow through and organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task and to accept and adapt to change quickly

  • Thrives in an environment with high-level of autonomy and responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Use your exceptional marketing and selling skills to convert leads to sales
  • Gather and enter customer’s data as per defined standard operating procedures
  • Work with the client to schedule their initial solar consultation with our engineering and design teams
  • Should be able to complete calls as per defined schedule, follow through as needed without being micromanaged
  • Identify and handle sales pitch and techniques in the best possible manner
  • Achieve established best practices and standards for call handling quality, sales and productivity
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures and practices
  • Deliver high quality, professional customer service
  • Identify and report all work related problems
  • Assist management to improve the sales process
