UI/UX Creative Designer

Rizing Metrics, a Maryland-based AI visibility and modern SEO agency, is seeking a talented UI/UX & Creative Designer to join their onsite team in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work across AI search, SEO, digital marketing, web development, branding, and digital strategy for both the company and its international clients. The position requires 2 to 4 years of experience and offers a competitive salary of up to PKR 120,000 per month, depending on skills and experience. Working hours are from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities

- Design complete websites and landing pages from concept through to developer handoff, ensuring responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs with strong visual hierarchy and intuitive layouts.
- Create and maintain reusable components and basic design systems using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, preparing all necessary files, assets, and specifications.
- Produce high-quality graphics for social media, digital ads, presentations, and marketing campaigns, translating complex topics like AI, SEO, and technology into engaging visuals.
- Develop brand identities including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual styles, maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Edit short-form videos and create basic motion graphics to support marketing efforts; advanced video editing is not required but considered an advantage.
- Work cross-functionally with web development, marketing, SEO, and content teams to deliver cohesive design solutions that meet business goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.
- Present design concepts clearly and incorporate feedback constructively.

Required Qualifications

- 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, web design, or related fields.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX, web design, graphic design, and branding projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing complete websites and landing pages with developer-friendly deliverables.
- Ability to create social media graphics, digital advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Experience in logo design and brand identity development.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency across multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and within teams.
- Effective time management and ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and basic motion graphics.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and experience with platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Framer.
- Prior experience working with developers and in digital marketing or SEO agencies.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and designing for SaaS, technology, AI, or B2B sectors.
- Experience working with international or US-based clients.
- Ability to design conversion-focused landing pages and marketing funnels.

Compensation
