UI/UX Creative designer

We are seeking a talented and product-focused UI/UX Designer with over five years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision and the ability to move beyond static designs to create meaningful, user-centered product experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior and SaaS product design, with a focus on making products not only functional but also intuitive, visually appealing, and enjoyable to use.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences for SaaS products that are both engaging and easy to use.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas into implementation-ready designs.
- Apply expertise in Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that align with the product vision.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency in visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography across platforms.
- Think technically to understand APIs, integrations, and frontend constraints, enabling seamless collaboration with development teams.
- Challenge conventional design approaches by experimenting with innovative ideas and pushing the boundaries of user experience.
- Own the entire design process from concept through execution, ensuring that the final product meets both user needs and business goals.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven products.
- Proficiency in Figma and a strong grasp of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and design systems.
- Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with practical knowledge of APIs, integrations, and frontend development.
- Ability to think technically and independently translate design concepts into implementation-ready solutions without relying heavily on engineering resources for every change.
