UI/UX Design Intern

KrelixTech is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UI/UX Design Intern to join our remote team based in Pakistan. This part-time internship offers a flexible schedule of 20 to 25 hours per week over three months, providing an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates, final-year students, or self-taught designers to gain hands-on experience working on real-world web and mobile applications. Although the internship is unpaid, there is potential to transition into a paid Junior UI/UX role or receive project-based stipends. Interns will collaborate closely with engineering and design leads to create high-quality product interfaces while building a strong portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Transform wireframes and user flows into modern, responsive, high-fidelity interfaces using Figma.
- Support user research activities, including competitive audits and user journey mapping.
- Develop interactive prototypes to enhance mobile and web user experiences.
- Create and maintain organized Figma design systems, utilizing auto-layout, components, variants, and styles.
- Collaborate effectively with backend and frontend developers to ensure smooth design handoffs.

Required Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, and prototyping.
- A solid understanding of visual design principles such as typography, grid systems, spatial balance, and color theory.
- Strong interest in UI/UX principles, design systems, and product architecture.
- Good communication skills and openness to constructive feedback.
- Access to a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
