UIUX Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced UX Design Manager to lead client-facing and delivery activities within our design team. This role involves direct communication with clients to fully understand their business needs and design expectations, translating those into actionable tasks for the UX/UI team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clients, designers, and developers, ensuring that design solutions are both feasible and aligned with project goals. This position requires a hands-on approach to design, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage and coordinate a team effectively while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage directly with clients to gather and clarify business requirements and design expectations.
- Analyze project requirements to identify gaps, ambiguities, or missing information before assigning tasks to the design team.
- Collaborate with developers to verify technical feasibility, component availability, and any implementation constraints.
- Translate client needs into clear, actionable tasks and guidance for UX/UI designers.
- Assign, coordinate, and monitor design activities to ensure timely delivery that meets client specifications.
- Review design outputs thoroughly before client presentations to ensure alignment with agreed-upon requirements.
- Facilitate ongoing communication between clients, designers, and developers to address design-related issues and implement necessary changes.
- Manage client feedback efficiently, ensuring revisions are clearly communicated and executed by the design team.
- Ensure consistency between approved designs and the final developed product.

Required Qualifications

- Strong client communication skills with the ability to understand and interpret business and design requirements.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and best practices.
- Proven experience in requirement analysis and translating complex needs into design tasks.
- Demonstrated team management skills, including task delegation and progress monitoring.
- Hands-on experience in UX/UI design to effectively evaluate design quality and feasibility.
- Ability to collaborate closely with developers and designers to ensure seamless project execution.
