UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team based in Faisalabad. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing experiences for DigiKhata’s digital products, including both web and mobile applications. This position requires a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless user experiences that meet business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points, ensuring designs are user-centered.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful design solutions.
- Maintain consistency across UI elements, including typography, colors, layouts, and overall design systems.
- Create and manage reusable UI components and design systems to streamline development.
- Review implemented designs and work alongside developers to ensure accurate execution of design specifications.
- Analyze user feedback and product data to identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience.
- Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively to refine outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing projects for mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, including user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Strong visual design skills coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Good communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, or mobile application domains.
- Familiarity with design systems and product development workflows.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs are implemented in development.
