UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces and engaging experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research to gather insights that inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Perform usability testing and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior Interaction Design (IxD) specialists to foster their professional growth.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in user experience design.
- Provide leadership and support to the design team, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment aligned with the company’s long-term vision.

Required Qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in interaction design, user experience, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech), MCA, or a related discipline from a reputable university. A computer science background is preferred.
- Proficiency in user-centered design methodologies including design thinking, user research, and usability testing.
- Strong skills in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with interaction design principles such as affordances, feedback, and mapping.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage tasks effectively, and foster a positive, collaborative work culture.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Senior-level UX experience with strong problem-solving and design capabilities.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing UX expertise, design thinking, and relevant project experience is essential and must be submitted in PDF format for screening.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and advanced Adobe tools is highly desirable.
