UIUX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences by developing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals and meet diverse user needs across local and global projects. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop user flows, information architecture, and seamless user experiences to enhance usability and engagement.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate closely with fellow designers to share feedback and maintain consistent design quality.
- Work with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align design solutions with overall business objectives.
- Contribute to design systems, streamline workflows, and ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Design digital experiences for both local and international products, adapting to diverse user needs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing digital products and user-centered design solutions.
- At least 16 years of education, preferably in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing for web, mobile, and responsive digital products.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on local or international projects.

- Strong visual design skills combined with UX thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of user experience principles, usability, and interaction design.
