UI/UX designer

We are looking for a motivated UI/UX Design Assistant to join our product team and help create engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to transform project requirements into effective design solutions. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of UI/UX principles, a strong passion for design, and a desire to learn and grow within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the product team in understanding project goals and requirements to ensure design alignment throughout the development process.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
- Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and visual designs for both web and mobile platforms.
- Ensure all design work complies with branding guidelines and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with developers to understand technical limitations and help facilitate the smooth implementation of design elements.
- Continuously improve design skills and processes to contribute to team efficiency and project quality.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and innovations to maintain a competitive edge in design.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles with up to five months of hands-on experience.
- Educational qualification of F.A or Matric.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Understanding of responsive design and how designs adapt to different screen sizes.
- Interest in learning front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and awareness of their impact on design.
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn from senior designers.
- Genuine enthusiasm for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital products.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary range of Rs45,000 to Rs55,000.
