We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior to Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our team at Caesar’s Tower, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. This full-time role involves designing engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications. You will work closely with developers and product teams to bring ideas to life, enhance user experience through data-driven design decisions, and maintain design consistency across all digital products. The position operates Monday to Friday, with shift timings from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver user-friendly UI/UX solutions for websites and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine user experiences.
- Maintain consistency across all design elements and platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar applications.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design work and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles, usability, and design systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace while managing multiple priorities.
Compensation and Work Details
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Karachi. The monthly salary range is Rs60,000 to Rs80,000. Candidates will be asked to provide their current and expected salary during the application process.
