UI/UX Designer

We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team in Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of visual design expertise and practical user experience knowledge to create intuitive, polished, and effective product interfaces. This role requires close collaboration with product and development teams to translate product stories and requirements into user-friendly designs while contributing to the division’s research and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product and development teams to create and refine designs using Figma.
- Translate product stories and requirements into user-friendly, intuitive interfaces.
- Maintain consistency with existing design patterns while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver high-quality design assets and detailed specifications for seamless development handoff.
- Provide design input that aligns with both business goals and user needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing web and mobile applications.
- Proven track record as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing work in Figma.
- Expertise in Figma, including the creation of components, styles, and design systems.
- Ability to interpret product requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn new systems, platforms, and technologies relevant to the role.
- Ability to take direction and manage time and tasks independently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
