UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with clients to gather and understand design requirements, ensuring clear communication of design concepts.
- Develop user-centered designs using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Apply core design principles including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
- Conduct user research to collect valuable insights that guide design decisions.
- Facilitate smooth hand-offs by preparing design assets and detailed specifications for development teams, supporting seamless implementation.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, continuously refining skills to maintain high standards.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a closely related role.
- Proficiency with design software including Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Strong grasp of UX concepts and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of confidently presenting and discussing design ideas with clients and team members.
- Experience conducting user research and translating findings into practical design improvements.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and other foundational design principles.
