UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team full-time at our Bahadurabad, Karachi office. This role requires working the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PKT. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Figma and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles. You will be responsible for creating modern, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences across websites, web applications, and mobile platforms. Your work will ensure consistency, usability, and high-quality visual standards throughout all projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Create responsive layouts optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Build reusable components, design systems, and maintain consistent UI patterns within Figma.
- Apply modern UI/UX principles, including typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Conduct design reviews and iterate on user experiences based on feedback.
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Ensure design consistency and deliver well-organized design files for seamless developer handoff.
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices to continually enhance design quality.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, information architecture, and usability standards.
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience designing websites, dashboards, SaaS platforms, and web applications.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Experience maintaining and evolving existing design systems.
- Ability to present design decisions clearly and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Proven track record of collaborating with development teams during design implementation.

This position offers a monthly salary range of Rs80,000 to Rs100,000, commensurate with experience. The role requires in-person attendance at our Karachi office.
