UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, supported by a strong portfolio that demonstrates their skills and creativity. This role also involves mentoring and training junior designers, so a passion for leadership and knowledge sharing is essential. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to craft engaging, intuitive user experiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and dashboards.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ensure all UI/UX designs are responsive and provide a seamless user experience across different devices and platforms.
- Incorporate feedback from usability testing to refine and improve designs.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of design concepts.
- Design engaging motion graphics to enhance user interactions and overall experience.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of managerial experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools including Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain a collaborative mindset.
- Capacity to accept constructive feedback and perform well under pressure.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Shara-e-Faisal, Karachi. The working hours are during the evening and night shifts, either from 6 PM to 3 AM or 8 PM to 5 AM. Candidates must be available to work these shifts and be willing to start immediately.
