Sumato Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least one year of professional experience in the IT industry. This full-time, on-site position is based in Gulberg III, Lahore, and offers the chance to work closely with a dynamic team focused on designing user-centric web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about turning ideas into intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate conceptual ideas and written requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design web applications, mobile apps, dashboards, and product interfaces that fulfill user needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Create user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to improve usability.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide and enhance UX decisions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a software or IT company.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms, including responsive and adaptive designs.
- Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and developer handoff tools like Zeplin or Figma Inspect.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.
- An up-to-date portfolio showcasing UI/UX work is required with the application.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS to improve communication between design and development teams.
- Experience with motion design or animation tools such as After Effects or Lottie.
- Understanding of branding and visual identity principles.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000.
