UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our mobile application development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of modern UI/UX principles and hands-on experience designing mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly mobile app experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, clean, and user-friendly interfaces for both Android and iOS mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Utilize Figma to develop and maintain UI/UX designs, ensuring consistency across all screens and user journeys.
- Build reusable components and maintain design systems to streamline the development process.
- Work collaboratively with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Partner with QA engineers to identify and resolve UI-related issues during testing phases.
- Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and evolving product requirements.
- Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends and mobile design best practices.
- Create responsive designs that adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes.
- Maintain comprehensive design documentation and manage project assets efficiently.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of relevant UI/UX design experience, specifically in mobile application design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design tasks.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, including typography, color theory, spacing, visual hierarchy, and design systems.
- Proven experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with creative problem-solving skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates who can reliably commute to or are willing to relocate to Lahore Bahria Town before starting work are preferred.
- The position requires working on-site.
- Monthly salary ranges from Rs45,000 to Rs60,000.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role.
