UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a minimum of one year of professional experience in crafting intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital interfaces. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and have experience engaging directly with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively. This full-time role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality design solutions for websites, web applications, and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs to communicate design ideas clearly.
- Interpret client requirements and translate them into effective design solutions that meet business goals.
- Communicate directly with clients via calls and meetings to discuss project requirements, gather feedback, and present design concepts professionally.
- Collaborate closely with developers and other team members to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Conduct design research and stay updated on modern UI/UX trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
- Revise and refine designs based on client feedback while maintaining usability, consistency, and visual appeal.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience in client handling and client calls is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
- Ability to understand client needs, explain design decisions clearly, and communicate professionally.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills

- Experience working with international clients is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with web and mobile application design standards.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective time management skills.
