UI/UX Designer - Mid

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital interfaces that enhance user experience across multiple platforms. This role requires close collaboration with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 12 PM to 9 PM, and requires working on-site at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal office.

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to refine and improve design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other team members to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Maintain consistency in design elements across various digital products and platforms.
- Ensure all designs are responsive, functional, and meet the specific requirements of each project.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably at a mid-level position.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools essential for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, including user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience working on both mobile app and web design projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with creating user flows, user stories, and information architecture will be considered an advantage.
- This is an in-person role based in Karachi, requiring candidates to work from the office located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal.
- Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 12 PM to 9 PM.
