UI/UX Designer

Karma Software Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team on a full-time remote basis. This role involves designing intuitive and modern web and SaaS interfaces that enhance user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that align with both user needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Design clean, modern, and user-friendly web and SaaS interfaces that meet project requirements.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs to clearly communicate design concepts.
- Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to ensure design feasibility and maintain quality standards.
- Continuously refine and improve existing product interfaces based on user feedback and evolving product needs.
- Maintain consistency in design systems, components, and UI standards across all projects to ensure a cohesive user experience.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma for both designing and prototyping.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and responsive design techniques.
- Experience designing dashboards, SaaS products, or web applications is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work, preferably with samples on platforms such as Behance or Figma.
