We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Engineer with over five years of experience to join our team. This role involves designing intuitive and modern user interfaces for complex enterprise workflows, especially within ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of business processes, user roles, and operational workflows, enabling them to simplify intricate systems while maintaining both functionality and visual appeal. This is a full-time position with remote work flexibility, preferably based in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, modern, and responsive user interfaces for enterprise ERP applications.
- Translate business requirements, BRDs, and functional specifications into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop workflows for complex modules such as Procurement, Finance, HRM, and Inventory.
- Understand various user roles, permissions, and approval hierarchies to inform interface design.
- Create and maintain a consistent design system, reusable components, and UI standards.
- Build interactive prototypes and validate usability through user feedback and testing.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, backend developers, and frontend engineers to ensure cohesive product development.
- Design AI-assisted user experiences, including conversational interfaces, intelligent recommendations, and AI-powered workflows.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, consistency, and overall usability across applications.
- Work alongside frontend engineers to guarantee accurate implementation of approved designs.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design or product design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
- Proven experience designing complex web applications, dashboards, and enterprise-level interfaces.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, user journeys, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Knowledge of responsive design and design systems.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Experience
- Experience designing ERP, CRM, SaaS, or other enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with React-based frontend development.
- Understanding of component libraries and design systems.
- Background in designing workflow-driven applications with complex approval processes.
- Exposure to AI-powered applications and conversational UX design.
