UI/UX & Graphic Designer

Codek Technologies is seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our team at the main office in Gujrat. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our development and product teams to enhance existing applications, design new products, and establish a strong visual identity for our brands across web platforms and social media channels. Key Responsibilities
- Review and improve the UI/UX of current mobile and web applications to enhance usability and visual appeal.
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens for new mobile applications.
- Create new website designs and update or refine existing ones.
- Develop web admin portals and dashboards with clear, user-friendly layouts.
- Produce engaging social media posts and creative content, regularly introducing fresh ideas and concepts.
- Build and maintain consistent design systems and brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Prepare developer-ready design handoffs and work collaboratively with developers during the implementation phase.
- Stay informed about the latest design trends and best practices to keep our products innovative and competitive.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work, including mobile apps, websites, dashboards, and social media creatives.
- Proficiency in Figma, with working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Solid understanding of user experience principles, layout design, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to generate creative ideas and clearly present design concepts.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience designing for fintech or payment applications is highly desirable.
- Advanced skills in motion graphics or short video editing for social media platforms will be considered a plus.
- Candidates based in Gujrat or nearby areas such as Lalamusa, Kharian, Jhelum, Sialkot, Wazirabad, and Mandi Bahauddin are preferred, as this is an on-site role.
