UI/UX & Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing user-friendly interfaces and creating engaging visual content. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences that are both visually appealing and highly functional.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Develop visual assets including social media creatives, banners, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Work collaboratively with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve the user experience.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, brand guidelines, and UI components to ensure consistency.
- Ensure visual and functional consistency across all digital and marketing touchpoints.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to keep designs fresh and effective.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both UI/UX projects and graphic design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Experience with branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
