UI/UX & Graphics Designer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX and Graphics Designer to join our team at our Rawalpindi office. This is a full-time, onsite role with working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UI/UX design and graphic creation, with a sharp eye for visual aesthetics. You will be responsible for designing engaging and user-friendly digital experiences, as well as producing compelling visual content that supports our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX interfaces for websites and digital platforms.
- Create high-quality graphics, including social media creatives, marketing materials, and other visual assets.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows to illustrate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and other teams to ensure design requirements are met.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, layouts, and overall visual elements across projects.
- Review and refine existing designs based on feedback and user insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX, graphic design, and digital media.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design roles.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
- Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness and ability to work the specified night shift schedule.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from PKR 80,000 to PKR 100,000.
