UI/UX Manager

We are seeking a skilled UX Design Manager to lead client engagement and delivery efforts for our design projects. This role requires a professional who can effectively communicate with clients to understand their business needs and translate those into actionable design tasks. The ideal candidate will oversee the design team’s work, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project timelines while maintaining close collaboration with developers to confirm technical feasibility. This position is based onsite in Karachi and demands a hands-on approach to UX/UI design, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage both client relationships and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage directly with clients to gather detailed business requirements, design expectations, and project goals.
- Analyze client requirements thoroughly to identify gaps, ambiguities, or missing information before assigning tasks to the design team.
- Collaborate with developers to verify technical feasibility, component availability, and any implementation constraints related to design requirements.
- Translate client needs into clear, actionable tasks and directions for the UX/UI design team.
- Assign, coordinate, and monitor design activities to ensure timely delivery that meets client specifications and project deadlines.
- Review design outputs meticulously before client presentations to ensure they meet agreed-upon standards and requirements.
- Act as a liaison between clients, designers, and developers throughout the project lifecycle to address design-related issues and implement necessary changes.
- Manage client feedback effectively, ensuring revisions are clearly communicated and executed by the design team.
- Maintain consistency between approved designs and the final developed product, ensuring quality and alignment with client expectations.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in client communication, requirement analysis, and team management within a UX/UI design context.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and UI design, with the ability to evaluate design requirements critically.
- Hands-on design skills to actively contribute and guide the design team.
- Ability to work closely with developers to bridge the gap between design and technical implementation.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and coordinate between various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite in Karachi.
