UI/UX Web Designer

Kiwi Logics is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Web Designer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of user-centered design principles and be well-versed in modern web design trends. This role requires the ability to create visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly website designs that enhance the overall user experience. The candidate should be passionate about design, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to manage multiple projects efficiently within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive, user-centered web interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketers to deliver cohesive design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools such as Figma.
- Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems to ensure consistency across projects.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to refine and improve designs.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and productivity throughout the design process.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Proficiency in Figma is mandatory.
- Experience with Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is advantageous.
- Solid knowledge of responsive web design and design systems.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and layout principles.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated creativity and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
- Minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX web design.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates should be comfortable leveraging modern AI-powered design tools to boost efficiency and innovation. Familiarity with tools such as Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Uizard, Relume AI, and Framer AI is highly desirable.
