Office Based Job
- Agents will be responsible for taking flight inquiries of clients over the phone, finding the best possible flight option for their travel with cheap prices, holding flights with the client's name, requesting for Issuing tickets, date changes, flight cancellations, and re-issuance will the responsibility of all the agents.
- Shift time: Only Afternoon shift (2 PM to 11 PM)
- Having at least 6 months of experience working in a UK based travel agency.
- Freshers will be given 20-25 days training. Only good spoken english is required.
Responsibilities:
1. Agents will be responsible for taking flight inquiries of clients over the phone, finding the best possible flight option for their travel with cheap prices, holding flights with the client's name, requesting for Issuing tickets, date changes, flight cancellations, and re-issuance will the responsibility of all the agents.
2. Collect deposits and balances
3. Use follow-up, and promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell best and client-suited air tickets.
4. Handle unforeseen problems, and multitask travel queries based on urgency and complaints.
5. For Freshers and internees, Spoken English is compulsory. Paid training will be given for 1 month and then hired.
