UK Based Travel Agency | Umrah Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Umrah Travel Consultant to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the travel industry, with practical experience using Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan reservation systems. This role requires excellent communication and sales skills, along with the flexibility to work afternoon and night shifts. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing travel bookings and providing exceptional customer service to clients planning their Umrah journeys.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage flight, hotel, transport, and other travel bookings using Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan systems.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries tailored to customer requirements.
- Advise clients on Umrah packages, travel plans, accommodations, visa processing, and passport requirements.
- Maintain customer records and follow up using CRM systems.
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, and refunds efficiently and professionally.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Analyze travel options and offer competitive pricing solutions.
- Promote Umrah and holiday packages based on customer needs.
- Provide assistance to customers before, during, and after travel to ensure a smooth experience.
- Address customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
- Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and communications.
- Stay informed about airline policies, travel regulations, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan reservation systems.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts, including afternoons and nights.
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills.
- Professional attitude with strong teamwork capabilities.
