Startitup Global is seeking a dedicated UK Company Formation Executive to join their Business Services team in Karachi. This on-site role involves managing and assisting with UK company registration and related services for international clients. The position requires working hours from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth company incorporation processes while maintaining compliance with UK regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire UK company formation and registration process.
- Prepare and submit company incorporation applications accurately and promptly.
- Assist clients with meeting Companies House requirements and completing necessary documentation.
- Oversee registered office addresses, business addresses, and other related UK services.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Collect, verify, and organize all required client documents and information.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of company formations and client applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requests and deliverables.
- Stay informed about the latest UK company formation procedures and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of UK company registration procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a good command of English.
- Ability to manage multiple client applications simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficient in documentation and client correspondence.
- Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge of UK company formation are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in UK company formation, UK business services, or working with Companies House is highly preferred.
