Your duties will include:
- Handling all incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring each customer receives the best possible assistance and support.
- Selling tickets, hotels, packages, and other travel-related products and services.
- Providing exceptional customer service before and after sales transactions.
- Initiating outbound calls to existing leads and prospects to increase sales.
- Receiving money and sharing all the details with accounts.
Requirements:
- At least Intermediate or Diploma.
- Must have good English communication skills.
- Must be fluent in English and Urdu.
- Must have atleast 1 year sales experience.
- Must have tourist destination knowledge and be a travel enthusiast.
