UK Senior Study Visa Consultant

We are seeking experienced Study Visa Advisors/Consultants to join our office team. Candidates must have a minimum of two years’ experience in the study visa field, preferably with expertise in UK visas, and additional experience in European countries such as Cyprus, Germany, or Malaysia is highly desirable. The role involves advising and assisting students through the visa application process, with leads provided by the company. Competitive compensation includes a basic salary plus commission, with a minimum commission of PKR 25,000 on visa approvals and up to PKR 100,000 commission for UK and other university placements. Additional earnings are available through add-on services, and further commissions are offered once students enroll physically in universities abroad.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and consultation to students seeking study visas, focusing primarily on UK and European destinations.
- Manage the visa application process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with relevant immigration policies.
- Work with leads provided by the company to convert inquiries into successful visa applications.
- Achieve monthly targets related to visa approvals and student enrollments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and university admission requirements.
- Collaborate with university representatives and other stakeholders to facilitate student admissions.
- Offer additional services and upsell relevant add-ons to maximize revenue.
- Participate in occasional extended working hours when workload demands, such as staying 1-2 hours beyond regular duty once a week.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of professional experience as a Study Visa Consultant, specifically handling UK visas and preferably other countries like Cyprus, Germany, or Malaysia.
- Intermediate education level (or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Lahore prior to starting employment.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as required by the role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively advise and support students.
- Commitment to working Monday to Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Ability to work on-site at the Lahore office.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with less than two years of experience or no prior experience in the study visa field will be considered as freshers. Fresh candidates will undergo a one-week unpaid training period, after which successful candidates will be offered a starting salary between PKR 30,000 and PKR 35,000, subject to final selection.
- For experienced consultants, the salary range is PKR 70,000 to PKR 100,000 per month, inclusive of commission.
