UK Taxi Minicab Operator/ Dispatcher Needed

We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Taxi Dispatch Operators serving the UK market. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, manage customer bookings, and resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a professional and courteous approach. Your main responsibility will be to facilitate smooth communication between customers and drivers, ensuring timely and reliable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and accurately process taxi bookings
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and booking details
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing queries and complaints
- Coordinate effectively with drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service; international experience is preferred
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or British accent
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings and nights
- Ability to work 8 to 12-hour shifts consistently
- Strong time management skills and punctuality
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Goal-oriented, determined, and target-driven mindset
