Responsibilities
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to your accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Strong spoken & written skills (Fluency in spoken English is must)
- Polite and confident on the telephone with excellent communication skills
- Professional email writing skills
- Experience in a sales / account management/customer service role
- Ability to develop long-lasting customer relationships
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Motivated and driven to succeed
- Committed and hard-working
- Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
- Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Gave daily reports of the overall department.
- Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization
- Result Oriented
- Full Ownership of work
- Negotiable salary as per experience.
