Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO training curricula tailored to the needs of students, freelancers, and business owners.
Oversee the day-to-day management of a team of 10 trainers and support staff to ensure effective program delivery and learner engagement.
Conduct practical training sessions on SEO ranking, keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, Local SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of learners to provide individualized guidance and support that enhances their SEO skills.
Coordinate with the marketing team to promote training programs and increase enrollment through digital channels.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing techniques to keep training materials current and relevant.
Manage feedback and incorporate improvements to optimize the learning experience continually.
Ensure all SEO training modules align with industry best practices and contribute to building valuable digital skills for sustainable online growth.
