Umrah Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Umrah Consultant to join our team and support clients in planning and booking their Umrah journeys. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Umrah and travel industry, with the ability to provide expert guidance on packages, visa requirements, flights, accommodations, and transportation. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client inquiries efficiently while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Umrah-related inquiries and conduct client consultations to understand their travel needs.
- Recommend appropriate Umrah packages tailored to individual client requirements.
- Coordinate all aspects of the travel process, including visa processing, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction throughout the journey.
- Deliver a professional and smooth customer experience from initial inquiry to trip completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to secure bookings and manage logistics effectively.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Umrah, travel, or tourism industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Umrah packages, visa procedures, flights, hotels, and transportation options.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Ability to handle client inquiries efficiently and offer suitable travel solutions.
- Proven follow-up and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment is highly valued.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs55,000.
- This is an in-person position, requiring attendance at the designated work location.
