Umrah Operations Officer

Mommina Travels & Tours is looking for a dedicated and experienced Umrah Operations Officer to join their team in Multan. This full-time, onsite role requires a candidate with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Umrah operations. The successful applicant will have a thorough understanding of Umrah packages and operational workflows, along with the ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks efficiently. The role demands close collaboration with hotels, transport providers, and partners based in Saudi Arabia to ensure smooth and seamless travel arrangements for pilgrims.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete Umrah operations process, managing bookings and ensuring all arrangements run smoothly.
- Coordinate flights, hotel accommodations, transportation, and other travel logistics to deliver a hassle-free experience.
- Maintain effective communication with Saudi-based service providers and partners to uphold high service standards.
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, and resolve any operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of passengers and their bookings.
- Ensure all arrangements for pilgrims are well-organized before departure and throughout their journey.
- Provide timely support to customers and internal teams, addressing concerns and special requirements as they arise.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a graduation degree.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience specifically in Umrah operations.
- Strong knowledge of Umrah packages and operational procedures.
- Proven experience in managing hotel bookings, transportation, flights, and ground arrangements.
- Excellent coordination skills with hotels, transport providers, and Saudi-based partners.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple bookings and tasks simultaneously.
- Good command of the English language.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with practical experience in Saudi ground handling and Umrah operations will be preferred. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs26,077.82 to Rs40,000. The role is based onsite in Multan, providing an opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team in the travel and tourism sector.
