Umrah Sales Agent (US Market) - Night Shift

Alhuda Tours, a US-based travel company specializing in memorable Umrah journeys, is expanding its team in Lahore, Pakistan. We are seeking motivated and talented Umrah Consultants to support our valued clients in the US market. The position requires working night shifts to align with US time zones and involves direct client interaction to provide exceptional service throughout the Umrah travel process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective Umrah travelers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
- Consult with clients to understand their specific needs and recommend appropriate Umrah packages.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by effectively communicating package features and benefits.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients throughout the sales and travel preparation process.
- Provide after-sales support, including assistance with documentation, travel arrangements, and pre-departure guidance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and smooth experience for pilgrims.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and client communications.
- Adapt to working night shifts to effectively serve the US market.

Required Qualifications:
- 1.5 to 2 years of sales experience as an Umrah Consultant targeting the US market.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability in sales, persuasion, and relationship-building.
- Professional approach to handling leads and consistent follow-up.
- Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance targets.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts.
- Based in Lahore, with a smart, confident, and dedicated attitude.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in travel sales, Umrah/Hajj services, call centers, customer support, or telemarketing is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Competitive basic salary up to PKR 80,000 per month, complemented by sales-based commissions.
