We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Umrah Sales Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves guiding customers through the selection and booking of Umrah packages, managing inquiries, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales journey. Candidates with strong communication skills, whether fresh graduates or those with experience, are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in Umrah/Hajj travel, ticketing, or the broader travel industry will be considered a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding Umrah packages, services, and pricing. Assist customers in identifying the most suitable Umrah packages based on their individual needs and budget. Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Coordinate closely with the operations team to handle hotel accommodations, transportation, visa processing, and other related arrangements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, bookings, and follow-ups. Provide timely updates to customers about their travel plans and booking status. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and customer service targets. Handle customer information and documentation with professionalism and accuracy. Efficiently resolve customer queries and collaborate with relevant departments when necessary.

Required Qualifications
Open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A customer-oriented mindset combined with a professional attitude is required. Basic proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications is necessary. Demonstrated ability in effective follow-up and persuasive communication. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Willingness to learn and expand knowledge about Umrah packages and related services.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in Umrah/Hajj sales, travel agencies, or ticketing is highly desirable. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000. The position requires in-person attendance, allowing for direct engagement with customers and team members.
