We are looking for a motivated and experienced Umrah Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel industry, with hands-on experience using Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan reservation systems. Excellent communication and sales skills are essential, along with the ability to work flexible shifts including afternoons, evenings, and nights. This role requires managing travel bookings, advising clients on Umrah packages, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel process.

Key Responsibilities
Manage flight, hotel, transport, and other travel bookings efficiently using Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan systems. Prepare customized travel itineraries that meet the specific needs of each customer. Provide expert advice on Umrah packages, travel plans, accommodations, visa processing, and passport requirements. Maintain accurate customer records and conduct follow-ups through CRM systems. Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds professionally and promptly. Consistently achieve sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Analyze various travel options to offer competitive pricing and value. Promote Umrah and holiday packages tailored to customer preferences. Assist clients before, during, and after their travel to ensure a seamless experience. Manage customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care. Keep detailed records of bookings, payments, and communications. Stay updated on airline policies, travel regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate information.

Required Qualifications
Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred, with proven proficiency in Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan reservation systems. Strong English communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential. Candidates must be able to work flexible shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and nights. Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills are important for success in this role. A professional attitude and the ability to work well within a team environment are required.
