Al Khiyam Travel & Tours, an IATA-registered travel agency located in Johar Town near Al Fateh Store, Lahore, is seeking a motivated and target-driven Umrah Sales Executive to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. The role offers a fixed monthly salary along with an attractive sales commission. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting customer inquiries into confirmed Umrah bookings by providing excellent service and competitive travel packages. This position requires strong communication and sales skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to Umrah packages, flights, hotels, transport, and other travel services.
- Design and present competitive Umrah packages tailored to customers’ budgets and preferences.
- Generate new leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to maximizing company revenue.
- Coordinate with ticketing, visa, hotel, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer details and booking information.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Umrah sales or within the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Umrah packages, airline tickets, hotel bookings, and visa services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WhatsApp for customer follow-ups.
- Professional, honest, and customer-focused attitude.
