We need Project Manager Finishing & M.E.P (Mechanical,Electrical & Plumbing Head) for our construction project at r Islamabad.
UNE is in search for talented and motivated individuals for the post for one of its finest project located in Islamabad, Park Lane Tower- Pakistan.
The ideal candidate should have Civil Engineer qualification and at least 4-5 years of experience for Civil Site Manager and 4 years experience for M.E.P Head Position.
Key tasks include:
1. Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
2. Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public
coordinating and supervising construction workers.
3. Selecting tools and materials
making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety.
4. Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
5. Maintaining quality control procedures
finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up.
6. Assessing and minimizing risk
writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork.
7. Helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits and licenses.
