Are you a self-motivated and fluent Chinese speaker with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Remote Chinese-Speaking Marketing Representative. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while reaching out to potential customers in China. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound marketing calls to potential customers in China, introducing our products/services and promoting their benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Understand the Chinese market landscape and consumer preferences to effectively tailor marketing pitches and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns in China.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on market trends, customer preferences, and competition to the marketing and sales teams.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in China.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in spoken and written Chinese is a must, with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Good understanding of the Chinese market, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup to work remotely.
