Responsibilities:
- Counseling of students and parents on various courses for study abroad options like MBA, Masters, Bachelors, etc., language training, and clarifying all doubts of walk-in clients.
- To provide counseling to leads shared by management over the phone & convert them for Study visa & language training.
- Maintaining a proper database of leads from different sources and following up regularly to ensure enrolment. If the student is registered for language training then continuous follow-up is required on his performance regularly and guide the student to register for study visa as well.
- Once the student is registered, the following tasks need to be done.
Qualifications:
- Experienced (in same field) candidates will be preferred. Excellent sales skills in Canada UK, USA, and Australia study visa.
- Counselling the clients regarding requirements of documents, filling procedures and answering inquiries from customers and resolve issues.
- Thorough knowledge of Visa Filling and admission process.
- Effective and excellent communication skills.
- Should be able to work independently and having end to end knowledge for university /college courses, admissions, and eligibility processes
