- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, and operational procedures.
- Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report on weekly and monthly basis.
- Issuance/dispatch of stock as per SOP.
- Organizing the dispatch and delivery of goods
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate and verifiable stocks also responsible for future capacity requirements,
- Maintain housekeeping of warehouse.
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
- And carry out all activities and function as directed by the management
