Business Setup & Immigration Executive

We are looking for a Business Setup & Immigration Executive to manage client applications, documentation, visa processing, business setup, licensing, and coordination with UAE Free Zones and relevant authorities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate business registration procedures and company formation processes in compliance with UAE regulatory standards.
Manage and maintain regulatory documentation ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission to relevant authorities.
Process visa applications accurately, including preparation, submission, and follow-up using visa application processing software.
Conduct thorough document verification and compliance checks to adhere to government regulations and corporate policies.
Liaise with UAE authority portals and Free Zone applications for smooth processing of trade licenses and business setup procedures.
Provide consultation and support to clients on visa options, business setup requirements, and immigration regulations.
Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, visa policies, and business registration rules to ensure the company offers compliant services.
Maintain relationships with government agencies, service providers, and clients to facilitate efficient service delivery.
Generate reports and maintain records of application statuses, renewals, and regulatory compliance for internal and external audits.
Support internal teams by sharing knowledge on procedural updates and best practices related to business setup and immigration.
Ensure confidentiality and security of client information and documentation at all times.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance service quality and turnaround time in visa and business setup services.
