Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketer and Lead Generation Expert to drive our email marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and executing effective email marketing strategies, as well as experience in generating high-quality leads for our IT services. This role is critical in helping us expand our client base and increase our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to promote Unitech Digital Studio’s services.
- Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and personalized email communication.
- Craft compelling email copy and design engaging email templates.
- Analyze email marketing metrics and adjust strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Identify and generate high-quality leads through various online channels.
- Build and manage lead databases, ensuring the quality and accuracy of information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for nurturing and converting leads.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in email marketing and lead generation, preferably in the IT or digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns.
- Knowledge of GDPR and email marketing best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
- Understanding of the IT services market and trends.
