• To liaise with different business heads regarding their sourcing needs and endeavour to maintain a partnering relationship
  • Negotiate financial offers after setting incumbents compensation packages (salary + grade) with the candidates and ensuring financial offers are in line with grading structures and candidate’s qualifications and experience keeping in view the internal parity
  • Ensure complete documentation as per HR policies for all hiring cases assigned as per recruitment policy
  • Regular solicitation to be done against the vacant positions for assigned clusters / regions/Department & proper MIS for solicitation to be maintained
  • Responsible for rolling out end to end activities of yearly batch hiring programs 
  • Maintain hiring MIS & update the same on daily & weekly basis to ensure effective monitoring of all hiring cases. 
  • Conduct regular periodical self-audit by properly scrutinizing personal folders of employees at the time of joining highlighted by HR services & to mitigate the risk of deficiencies in requisite documentation by keeping in view the policies / procedures as assigned by the Line Manager. 
  • Suggest new work flows – processes re-engineering to improve the service delivery standards & to keep a track of best market practices so the same to be adopted at UBL as deemed necessary.
  • To ensure that no compliance or audit objection is raised during or after internal or external audit in the assigned segment.

  • Responsible to facilitate Line Manager in day to day operational activities and any other task assigned by him
